Concrete Flatwork for
We pour and finish concrete across Sonoma County. Driveways, patios, walkways and slabs, set on a base we grade and pack ourselves so it does not crack and lift. Most home pours are ready to walk on the next day.

Concrete cracks from the ground up
A slab poured over loose or wet soil cracks and heaves in a season or two. We do not have that problem, because we build the base ourselves. We grade for drainage, pack the base, set the forms, then pour and finish over ground we know is solid.
Base graded and compacted before we pour
Control joints cut so cracks go where they should
How our concrete process works
We grade and form the area, then lay and compact the base so it carries the load. We pour 4 inches for driveways and patios, thicker for slabs that hold vehicles or equipment, and set rebar or wire mesh where the plan calls for it. We screed it level, float the surface, and cut control joints every 8 to 10 feet so any cracking follows the joint instead of wandering. Most flatwork is ready to walk on within 24 hours and to drive on in about a week.

Concrete flatwork built on a solid base
Our concrete flatwork covers driveways, patios, walkways, slabs and curb-and-gutter across Sonoma County. We finish to the texture you want, broom, smooth or exposed aggregate, and cut control joints so the cracks land where they should. The same crew preps and packs the base, so the concrete sits on ground that drains and holds for years.
